Volunteer

You can really make a difference

There are lots of volunteer opportunities at West Wales Domestic Abuse Service and we welcome applications from volunteers to work in our Children's & Young People's services, support work with adults, voluntary counsellors and those interested in applying to be on the Board of Trustees.  We also have a charity shop located in Cardigan that is run entirely by volunteers.

All our volunteers are given a full induction which includes basic domestic abuse awareness training.

Volunteers bring with them a wealth of experience along with fresh perspectives and ideas that truly benefit our work. You will be given the opportunity to directly contribute to the decision-making of the organisation through continual feedback and input.

As a volunteer, you will be making a positive difference to our organisation in both the lives of the men, women and their children as well as the work of all our staff.
