Location: Ceredigion

37 hours per week

This post equivalent salary is £24,600 to £25,600 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications

The Adult and Families’ Senior Practitioner will work to develop and coordinate the Adult and Families’ service and to ensure a quality service that is responsive and empowering to the needs of women, children and men of all ages that have experienced domestic abuse.

The post holder will provide leadership and support to staff including supervision and case management. As a member of the team, the post holder will be required to participate with managers in out of hours on call systems.

The post holder will be expected to travel across Ceredigion and North Pembrokeshire as part of their role.

The ability to speak Welsh and deliver educational programmes through the medium of Welsh and English is highly desirable for this role.

Closing date: 27 June 2022. Interviews will be held either at our Aberystwyth Office.  

The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. Posts will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) and open to women only. (Exempt under the Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9, Part 1)
